How to Live a Sustainable Life?

If you do want to make a change to your lifestyle to be more eco-friendly then there are many ways you can do this. The easiest way to make a difference is through recycling. Many of our used household products that we no longer need can be recycled. Here are some of the items that can be recycled:

  • Cardboard & Paper
  • Plastics
  • Glass
  • Batteries
  • Wood
  • Clothes
  • Shoes
  • Electrical Items
  • VHS Tapes
  • CD’s

There are many more items that can be recycled, but these are just the most common items that you may be considering throwing out. Instead of doing what you would usually do and throw them straight into a black bag, do a little more research and recycle them instead.

As well as recycling you should be cutting down on the amount of energy you are using in your home and at work. One way of doing this is switching all your light bulbs to energy saving light bulbs; you should also get into the routine of switching the light off when you leave a room. You should look up other ways you can save energy whilst you are at work and home.
